We ship orders Monday-Friday.

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed although most items go out immediately it may vary.

Expedited shipping is available make sure to check out with the correct option.
Due to worldwide issues items may be but not subject to be delayed so allow 2-4 extra business days for processing and shipping time. Thank you for your patience!

Damages/Lost Packages
We inspect each and every order upon packaging products to ensure the best quality. Once items are sent out Sky Luxe Hair is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit.
We are also NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address contact us immediately at info@skyluxehair.com If we have not been contacted within 24 hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, items will be sent to the address on file.

Note: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, however you failed to receive it you will have to contact CANADA POST as it is now out of our hands. Number to call: 1 (866) 607-6301
RETURNS
If you have any issues and you would like to return or exchange your product because of a malfunction or imperfection: Contact us directly and we will see if we can give you a refund or an exchange. Please note that the final decision remains at our discretion.
